For If Night Leaves Something Undone, the Day Undertakes to Complete It
A found 16mm print of a short narrative film set in the American Civil War, along with Super 8 home movies of the filmmaker’s family in Iran during the Iran-Iraq War in the 1980s, are fused into a ghostly labyrinth.
